Partner with the CoC and HAND

Thank you for your interest in partnering with the Detroit Continuum of Care (CoC), including the Coordinated Access Model (CAM), and/or the Homeless Action Network of Detroit (HAND). As an organization, HAND provides leadership to end homelessness in Detroit, while the CoC is comprised of agencies that carry out the day-to-day activities of providing homelessness services, including those provided through CAM.
