Annual Homeless Assessment Reports (AHAR)
The AHAR Local Report is meant to be a resource for stakeholders in each community to view their data in a variety of user friendly tables and charts. The report is based primarily on Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) data about homeless persons who used emergency shelter, transitional housing or permanent supportive housing programs during a 12-month period
Housing Inventory Count (HIC) Reports
The HIC is an inventory of projects that provide beds and units dedicated to serve people experiencing homelessness. This Housing Inventory Count (HIC) includes emergency shelter, permanent supportive housing, rapid rehousing, safe haven, and transitional housing projects in the cities of Detroit, Hamtramck, and Highland Park.

Point in Time (PIT) Count Reports
The Point-in-Time Count (PIT) provides a snapshot of the number of people who were experiencing homelessness in our community on this one night. This includes people experiencing homelessness who are Unsheltered and persons in Emergency Shelter, Safe Havens and Transitional Housing programs. There are two categories of PIT count conducted: Unsheltered and Sheltered. Unsheltered PIT counts occur every two years in accordance with HUD rules while Sheltered PIT counts are occur yearly.

System Performance Measures (SPM) Reports
The SPMs are a series of measures intended to help a community gauge its progress towards reducing and ending homelessness. These measures tell us how well our projects are working together as a system to make an impact on homelessness.
