The 2019 Unsheltered PIT Count is happening on Wednesday, January 30, 2019. The count will take place from 10:00 PM - 2:00 AM, although volunteers will begin to gather by 8:00 PM at the Count Headquarters (the NSO Bell Bulding, 882 Oakman Blvd).
