The Homeless Action Network of Detroit (HAND) serves as the Continuum of Care for the cities of Detroit, Hamtramck, and Highland Park, Michigan.

 

Our Mission:

To increase awareness of the problems of people who are homeless and to the development and carrying out of strategies to create permanent solutions to homelessness in our community.

Membership Meetings

HAND meets the  third Tuesday of every-other month. These meetings are open to the public, and are an opportunity to network, dialogue, and learn about how we are working to end homelessness in our community.
