RSVP REQUESTED: On March 17th (1-4pm), our HUD TA provider will be facilitating a discussion with the entire CoC to address the changes that need to be made to the governance structure.  It is our expectation that the outcome of the March 17th meeting will be that the CoC will decide on the structure of the CoC Board. As such, I cannot stress how important it is for your agency and its appropriate representatives to be in attendance at the meeting.  A preliminary schedule for the completion of the CoC Board Governance work is as follows:
March 17th - CoC decides on a governance structure
April 6th - HAND drafts governance charter and CoC process
May 19th - CoC holds its first meeting with the new structure and votes on the governance charter
