The Homeless Action Network of Detroit (HAND) serves as the Continuum of Care for the cities of Detroit, Hamtramck, and Highland Park, Michigan

 

Our Mission:

To increase awareness of the problems of people who are homeless and to the development and carrying out of strategies to create permanent solutions to homelessness in our community.

MSHDA Opens its waiting list for the Housing Choice Voucher Program

MSHDA’s Housing Choice Voucher Program is opening its waiting list April 4, 2012 to apply for 22 supportive housing units with rental subsidies at Benjamin Manor Townhomes in Highland Park, MI.  Click here for more details about this housing opportunity and how to apply.

Membership Meetings

HAND meets the  third Tuesday of every-other month. These meetings are open to the public, and are an opportunity to network, dialogue, and learn about how we are working to end homelessness in our community.
