You are invited and expected to have a representative attend this face-to-face meeting to continue our discussions on the shelter and CAM processes. We requested a decision-maker/manager, case manager, and HMIS staff from your facility to be present.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2014, at the Salvation Army Headquarters in Southfield, MI. Please plan to be there from 9am - 12pm.
This meeting is follow-up to the Webinar that was held on September 29, 2014.
